REFUND POLICY
Returns
All non-personalised items can be returned for a refund. Please contact Cherly Art within 14 days of delivery and send unused items back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please do ensure that all spellings are correct and proof-reading completed - it is the buyer's responsibility to check the correctness of this information.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund (unless damaged or faulty).
Cancellations
Please contact me within 4 hours of purchase for a cancellation.

Requests for cancellation after 4 hours will be dealt with on an individual basis - if the order has gone into production & has been shipped, the cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the usual return policy applies.
Damaged & Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within stated timelines or arrives damaged, please do contact me as soon as possible.
